Consult surgeon: I would suggest a repeat surgical evaluation and liver function blood testing - certainly call your surgeon.

Bile duct: Bile duct or sphincter of odi abnormalities. However, sometimes after GB surgery the bile in the intestine can cause similar symptoms. Talk to your Dr and you could try Questran (cholestyramine).
