I've been having severe ruq pain and nausea (worse after eating). all of the gallbladder tests have came back neg. could it still be my gallbladder?

Not sure.: Not sure what you mean by "all" tests. Sometimes gall bladder disease can be tricky. If your symptoms are as you say you might benefit from seeing a surgeon or GI doc with expertise. They might order a HIDA scan or perform endoscopy or perform more advanced imaging depending upon your Sx.
