Been told i have ibs but not convinced as i have epigastric pain only 24/7. does ibs involve vomiting, nausea, epigastric pain thats anguishing & distension at any time of day not related to eating. i have no gallbladder. only leaning forward helps?

Without more details of your symptoms and of whatever work up was done, it’s difficult to know what is causing your symptoms. Some of those symptoms are not generally part of IBS symptoms. If you continue to do poorly, you should return to your doctor for further evaluation, or see a another doctor or a Gastroenterologist for a second opinion. Good luck.
