Pvcs, skipped beats confirmed by 30 day monitor. multiple in a row. these skipped beats urge me to cough. i get dizzy have sob. the skips flutter in my neck too really strong. after my heart races and skips for most of the day. is this dangerous?

Could be: Runs of PVC's are quite concerning. I strongly recommend that you consult a cardiologist who is an electrophysiologist for the best advice and treatment. You may have to visit one at a university cardiology department. Even if your situation is considered benign, you are so bothered by the ventricular irritability that I feel you should be treated.
