Allergic rhinitis: 1. Nasal irritations 2. Oral antihistamines like allegra, Claritin or zyrtec 3. Decongestant like sudafed. 4.Antihistamine -decongestant combinations like Allegra d, Claritin d or zyrtec d. 5. Nasal steroids and/or nasal antihistamine sprays. 6. Proper allergy evaluation, avoidance of allergens and immunotherapy for more lasting benefit and better quality of life.
