More details needed: There is no correlation between gastric pain, depression , and joint pain but your history is too vague and scanty for me to even make a suggestion. If the joints are swollen, warm, and painful not resulted from an injury, a rheumatology consult may be the first step. If you are taking a lot of NSAIDs for the joint pains, they may just be the cause for the gastric pain.

Consultation advised: Your symptoms are likely unrelated to a single disorder. Would like to give you specific advice but this Q & A box doesn't provide enough information. I suggest an online consult with a Health Tap physician. An INBOX Text consult would be best. Give a complete medical history and upload any pertinent studies or reports. Be available to respond to followup questions from the physician.
