As we age: things change you may be more sensitive now or hormonally things are changing as you are in that peri menopause range this may explain some of the issues

Normal: This is due to hormonal changes.The pain can be more because of cystic disease of the breasts--this becomes worse with intake of caffiene

Please clarify: When medical professionals use the term "cycle", we are referring all stages of the menstrual cycle. It would help us to know specifically which part of this cycle to which you're referring. Also, I see "pregnancy" as being one of the "conditions" that affect you. It would help also to know if you are currently pregnant or if you're referring to having been pregnant in the past.
