Good day im a 28 year old woman. about a week after finished period both breast are very sensitive to touch as well as nipples.its going on 2 weeks now very sore.they also feel a bit bigger.im yet to start my period in 7 days.what could be thecause?

Breast pain ?: The timing is a little short for breasts to be tender secondary to pregnancy, but with twin pregnancy, the estrogen/progesterone production may explain this. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
