I had an ultrasound performed which found a fibroid, but i also have what looks something like a black hole, what could it be?

Cyst, pregnancy: If something looks like a black hole on pelvic ultrasound, more information is needed to say what it is. If you have a positive pregnancy test, it could be an early gestational sac or ectopic pregnancy. Otherwise other possibilities include ovarian cysts. You should follow-up with your physician about the results of this ultrasound.
