Im perimenopasual, i had an ultrasound that found a lot of fibroids, but not the size a dr was concerned about. do i have pcos? i have chronic pms.

No Relation: Poly cystic ovarian syndrome is not about fibroids. It involves ovaries which are enlarged and frequently contains multiple cysts. It is associated with infertility and other findings but not fibroids.
