Interval training: A regular schedule of interval training for twenty minutes 3 times per week would help. (See mommy bootcamp video on NPR.org) On exercycle for example, Interval training would consist of 12 seconds slow followed by 8 seconds as fast as you can go, then repeat so that you cycle 3 times a minute for 20 minutes. Great for cardiac as well.

Make it practical: In order to lose weight, you have to reduce your food(energy) intake and also exercise. Exercise alone will have some benefit but most people do not lose weight unless they start cutting down on eating, along with increased activity/exercise. So cut out Fats(fried foods/junk foods), sugary drinks and milk products like Ice crams and. increase movements(like walking) any/all time will help you lose
