One that interests u: Just about any exercise can help with weight loss. Usually a combination of resistance training (weights) and aerobic exercise (walking, jogging, bicycle, etc) is the best approach. The main thing is find something that you like to do (dance, weight lift, martial arts, sports) so you are more likely to stick with it. Also, schedule exercise like an appointment so you fit it in.
