Tick borne disease: Without knowing the type of tick it is difficult to say, but rocky mountain spotted fever, lyme disease, and several other conditions can produce eruptions. Your son should be seen and treated aggressively by a doctor who is familiar with the problem. An infectious diseases expert would be best. Hope he is better soon.
