Yes, : Yes, neurological findings can be associated with the ealry infective disemminated phase or the late phase of lyme disease. That doesnt men that lyme and only lyme casues these problems or that if someone has lyme disease and the symptoms described by you that you couldnt have lyme disease and carpal tunnel or lyme disease and a cervical radiculopathy or any other condition. Carpal tunnel is still a common cause of hand tingling and numbness but is not responsible for true numbnes in the forearm. On set of numbness is a reason to call your pcp today. If you have lyme disease then you are likely being treated. If you suspect you have lyme disease and you havent been tested you need to get tested or at least evaluated by someone who can determine if you need to be. So... See a physician to help sort this out.

Numb hands/arms: This is a symptom that can be found in a lyme infection, along with other symptoms like fatigue, joint stiffnes moving from one joint to another, headaches, dizziness, tingling, spasms or twitching, etc. It's possible you weren't treated long enough, esp if you have many symptoms. Maybe get a second opinion on whether you should get back on antibiotics.
