How long does it take the body to regenerate blood?

3 months: 90 days on average for the life cycle for red blood cell. Your body is constantly putting out new ones and taking out old ones. Fascinating really.

Making blood: If the bone marrow and kidneys are normal and iron storage is full it won't take long to rebuild the blood it's been lost. Our body make 2 million new red blood cell each second, so roughly it takes 8-12 weeks to replace 500cc of blood. Hope this answers your question.
