If some ones blood group is ab+ can he take liver from any body?

Blood group not impo: Yes i think it is of least concern. Usually blood group does not have to match for organ transplant. Your doctor will sort it all out before they would consider doing a liver transplant.

Not that simple.: Blood type, crossmatch, & HLA testing all need to be asesed before one can be considered for use (regarding liver transplant).
