Nothing bad: This could be dry skin, irritant related (eg: soap/detergent), or yeast. You need to see your doc.

Need more info: The problem could be allergy to your bra, fungal infection, dryness & something more serious. I would strongly suggest that you see you family physician for a breast exam.

See DOC: Did you notice anything else such as skin change, skin in- duration, palpable lump or discharge? Do you have any personal or family risk factors for breast cancer? Do you do self breast exam? Based on your information its hard to make a comment. All I can suggest that see a DOC soon fora complete evaluation including breast examination & if indicated further studies such as US or mammogram.
