No: Your risk of progressing to MM is 1 percent per year. You FP/Internist should be able to follow you appropriately- but be sure it gets followed yearly. Also, consider referral if you experience weight loss, night sweats, anorexia, malaise, or unexplained pain, or have unexplained anemia, urinary proteins.
