Dr. Thomas Namey answered

Specializes in Rheumatology

Two come to mind!: A specialist in rheumatology or neurology. Mgus neuropathy is also known as pdn, which is is a very rare peripheral neuropathy, usually late-onset in terms of the sufferer’s age. It is one of the chronic demyelinating polyneuropathy group, that are mixed motor-sensory nerve affected and symmetrical in the damage caused. Some autimmune modulators have been used with limited success.

Heme and neuro: Mgus is not associated with a peripheral neuropathy. See a neurologist for the neuropathy and a hematologist for the mgus.
