Can low ferritin cause vertigo? I'm at 4 ug/l. Awaiting iron infusion. Sensation of room spinning most of the day for last 6 weeks (sometimes nausea). Occasional mild headaches. Is is possible for low iron to cause vertigo? Scared it's a brain tumor?
