Can low ferritin cause vertigo? i'm at 4 ug/l. awaiting iron infusion. sensation of room spinning most of the day for last 6 weeks (sometimes nausea). occasional mild headaches. is is possible for low iron to cause vertigo? scared it's a brain tumor?

Low iron can lead to anemia and this can cause you to be dizzy. You should find out what your hemoglobin and hematocrit are. If they are very low, you may need a blood transfusion and to find out what the blood loss is from. Where are you bleeding from would become the question. So, if you have not had a blood count recently, that needs to be done ASAP. If the vertigo is severe, go to the ER.
