Wear and tear: It simply means 'wear and tear.' Over time, our back, our hips and other areas in our bodies develop changes of arthritis from use; particularly those areas, since they bear our weight. Nothing to be really worried about; part of growing older. One thought; if you're overweight, losing weight can help reduce some of that stress on the joints.
