I have a immovable lump on my lower left lumbar about 1 inch off from spine, just above the pelvis region. not painful to touch, does not move?

It's probably benign: You don't mentioned whether it is pigmented or discolored at all. It is likely a benign fluid filled cyst, a fatty growth (lipoma) or, if firmer, a dermatofibroma. All of these are benign. But as with all newly observed lumps, having it evaluated by your Doctor is the best plan. Rarely one of these is a cancer. Make an appointment. Stay well:)

Well: This could be several things from a tumor or cancer or infection to benign lump. You really need to be examined by primary care physician for specific diagnosis and treatment
