Several things: Could be paraspinal muscle pain or possibly quadratus lumborum muscle pain. Kidney stone also a possibility. Sounds a little high for SI joint pain. Facet joint problem is also on the list. Best to see your doctor for evaluation. Hope this helps. Best of luck

Back pain: Constant pain in that area can be of kidney origin although it could be musculoskeletal or other retroperitoneal problems as well. Nevertheless you should be examined by your physician who will order appropriate tests including imaging studies if felt necessary.
