Many possibilities: Rqnging from: si joint, hip joint, or spinal. Less likely a referred pain from another organ system likea kidney stone. Spine conditions like: muscular, facet joint, disc origin, arthritis, spinal instability to name a few. If it persists past several weeks or progresses, see your physician.
