Eat lots of fresh veggies, leafy greens, and lean protein like chicken breasts. Eliminate refined sugar (soda, cookies, cakes, etc). Cut your portion sizes in half and eat 4 or 5 small meals daily. Increase aerobic exercise (walking, biking, etc).
