Abdominal pain: Hi, i would guess you had an upper Endoscopy which has ruled out Ulcer vs Gastritis, if that's the case then you might have functional dyspepsia, IBS, Acid reflux or overgrowth of Bacteria, Lactate intolerance or Gluten sensitivity, adjusting diet to avoid Alcohol, Caffeinated drinks, acidic food, fatty food, spicy food could be helpful, also a PPI like Omeprazol might help.
