Check ADR: Lots of causes. Ensure ADR device in proper position, check for degeneration at the levels above L5S1. If you want a second opinion try a virtual consult.

Radiculopathy: This likely is the result of bone compression on a nerve root. Disc material may also be touching a nerve. An MRI will be definitive.

Postlaminectomy synd: Post Laminetomy syndrome can be flared following ADR surgery.The resulting nerve pain is due to altered kinetics, gravity or possibly scar. Other times the surgery just cant stop progression of disease and nerve damage. See your surgeon right away to evaluate: starting physical therapy focusing on core strengthening, postop imaging,epidural injection or SI joint examination or possible injection.
