Tonsil: Good question. If a tonsil is truly asymmetric we recommend it be removed. Sometimes the only easy to tell is to get a ct scan of that area

Tonsil cancer: is rather uncommon but would not expect a cancer to stay about the same for 10 years. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health,
