I have a giant hickey on my neck. a day or two after i got it a red patch and pimple like bump appeared. its hard and has a white spot on it. is it something i should worry about? i dont get acne there and it doesnt look or feel like a pimple?

Most likely it's just a reaction to mild injury. However -- not to alarm you -- but your description is consistent with herpes, and you could be at risk for that if your partner has oral HSV1. If other blisters or "white spots" appear, see a doctor ASAP for HSV PCR testing. Good luck.
