You mean TWO yrs old: There are many variables in determining the age of onset of language. If he understands what you say to him, makers an attempt at speech or has older siblings, this could be normal. If he doesn't understand you or try to communicate verbally, it could be more serious. Please see a pediatrician if you are concerned.
