I would think so.: Burning poison Ivy is quite dangerous. Urushiol is the oily allergen in the various poison Ivies and trees that causes classic allergic reactions. It can become airborne and may end up on different surfaces or be inhaled.

Quite possible: Depends on how close the car was to the fire. If the car was at least 5 feet from the fire I would suggest that you hose down you vehicle or go to a car wash.
