Lower right side stomach pain 3 days ago started went to the er yesterday and they did a ct scan said everything looked normal blood work normal no pain all day then tonight i have pain again any idea of what this could be? it in on spot.

Many possibilities : Good that all testing was normal. It could be a virus or related to a gynecological issue, among other problems. Best to call your own doctor to discuss and be re-examined. You may need further testing if it persists, as some issues may not show up at first. You didn’t mention if you had a fever, vomiting, diarrhea or other symptoms, but knowing that could help with diagnosis. Feel better soon!
