Maybe: "Gallbladder issue" isn't necessary critical, but you can get pretty sick if you have an untreated cholecystitis It could be something other than a gallbladder issue ex. heart attack or appendicitis. It's hard to tell without having more information. If you are in severe pain, you should be seen.

Visit E.R.: Gall bladder pain can be critical for gall bleeder stones or for infection . You should consult your doctor or go to E.R. if pain is too much .
