GB: Unless the pain that you are experiencing is severe, it is probably not an emergency that you go to the ER. However, you should contact your doc in the morning.

Maybe: "Gallbladder issue" isn't necessary critical, but you can get pretty sick if you have an untreated cholecystitis It could be something other than a gallbladder issue ex. heart attack or appendicitis. It's hard to tell without having more information. If you are in severe pain, you should be seen.
