"35w pregnant" ?'s: At "35 w " of pregnancy, stabbing pains in pelvis can represent separation of the pubic bone which is common at this stage, and the normal descent of the fetus into the lower pelvis can cause lower back pain. Consult your OB physician if this worsens.
