Outlet obstruction: It could be an urinary outlet obstruction or a voiding problem, that could generate pain, urinary infections, urinary frequency, nocturia, dysuria, cloudy urine, weak stream If the obstruction or voiding problem is severe, you could get a urine reflux with flank and back pain (kidneys). These are suppositions, but you should see an urologist, and maybe get a ultrasound, and urine exams. Good luck
