Keep it simple: Exercise can be hard to work into your routine. But it doesn't have to be a marathon or five hour bike ride either. Lift weights twice a week. Take a class and use it to meet new friends. Or use a video or iPad application 2 mornings a week. Promise yourself a reward if you do it for four weeks. Also, simple push-ups, sit-ups and squats at home can do wonders!
