Yes: I am not aware of this combination in anxiety, but am aware of studies done with this combination in treatment of depression that found this combination effective and well tolerated.

SAM-e: There have been at least 2 controlled studies using sam-e with ssri's in treatment resistant depression: http://tinyurl.Com/n7fzc6n and http://tinyurl.Com/kctotz4 in both of these, the addition of sam-e to the ssri improved depression, and resulted in no reports of serotonin syndrome when combining same with ssri's. The combination can be safe, but your doctor should follow carefully.
