Fit for Life: Exercise, in some form, done on a regular basis will result in the most benefits. It depends on your goals for the exercise. The goal should itself be the successful completion of the workout to avoid guilt and failure. Human evolution favors energy conservation and sedentary activity making exercise a chore to be avoided. If you make it fun, low key and spontaneous you'll be more successful.
