Noncardiac: Your tests have ruled out a cardiac cause for the chest discomfort. Since it occurs after workouts which are probably strenuous, the discomfort may be due to muscular stress and strain of the rib cage. Sometimes you can actually Palpate the area in question and feel tenderness or worsen it with a deep breath.
