I have been having constant pains of indigestion for over a week, eat or not. i have no gallbladder but it kinda feels like i did when i had gallstone?

Could be serious: Although unlikely, you could have a retained gallstone which could be causing. this pain. However, a more serious concern is possible coronary artery disease; which can often masquerade as indigestion. You should be seen immediately, and evaluated for possible heart attack. Also he should have laboratory testing done to Evaluate for possible abdominal problems
