Regular follow-up: Smoldering myeloma is a pre-malignant condition with about 10% people developing myeloma/year. You correctly defined your condition as smoldering myeloma. There is need to do repeated blood tests every 6-12 months. Please follow you doctor's advice.

Dr Heip Lee one more question. Are you believing it's myeloma when you said I imply. Or meaning I'm making assumption. I'm getting a mri without contrast is that useful? Had 0 protein on spep and the other test immune fixer upper or whatever. Thank?
