May have missed: If the treatment for a specific diagnosis is not working, perhaps the pain is coming from something else. Perhaps you have an injury to the fascia around your ankle joint, or a small injury to the cartilage that cannot be seen. Finding this will require a different kind of examination. Exercises and RICE would not be helpful. Advil (ibuprofen) will prevent healing. www.blatmanhealthandwellness.com
