Further evaluation: A direct inspection of the bladder called cystoscopy should be considered if an infection has been ruled out. Start with seeing your family physician and obtaining a UA and urine culture. Would see a urologist for the cystoscopy. If the CT was performed with IV contrast only, it may have missed a small ureteral or renal stone. Some bladder inflammatory conditions like IC should be assessed for.
