I have a scab thing on my nose. i pick it, it bleeds?

Don't pick it.: Try leaving it alone and letting it heal. If it doesn't heal within a week or two, please see your physician. Pre-cancerous lesions don't heal. If it remains, I would have it biopsied. You only have one nose, after all.

Quit picking!!: Keep the area clean with soap and water. Apply a topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporon. Quit picking at it so it can heal. If this doesn't help or it gets worse, see your doctor.

Stop picking: First and foremost stop picking it. Second, keep it clean and apply neosporin if it becomes red. If it worsens, see your physician.
