Gentle Care: The most frequent cause of nose bleeding is trauma. Avoid blowing too hard and absolutely no nose picking. The nasal mucosa is one cell layer thick and easily disrupted which exposes blood vessels and makes them likely to bleed. Use a saline spray several times per day to moisturize and aid in clearing your nose of mucus and mucus crusts. If no improvement, see your doctor.
