Nose sore: First try to moisten it with a little vaseline or petroleum-based ointment. Vaseline works nicely and there isn't any antibiotic or other drug to which to have a possible reaction. Then, use some saline. For you, i would recommend trying the new saline gel that several companies make. Apply the vaseline twice a day to the affected area and use the saline at least four times a day.
