What type of treatments are there for drug induced damage to nasal passages? symptoms include slight bleeding and crust build up, stuffy nose, and scabs inside the nose. there is also a possible nasal polyp on one side, but not sure?

I assume you are talking about post cocaine nose. Use a lot of bacitracin ointment. If it is still bleeding, you have not used enough. Sometime you should see an ENT to ensure there is no perforations: hole in the septum. Good luck and feel better.
