Diflucan (fluconazole) & Alcohol: Diflucan (fluconazole) stays in our system for 5-7 days then you better avoid alcohol for up to a week after your last dose otherwise you would feel dizzy, nauseated. Also Alcohol decreases Diflucan (fluconazole) effectiveness. Hope this helps.
