Avoid carbs: Assuming you are taking Diflucan (fluconazole) for a yeast infection, it would be best to avoid foods and drinks that turn to sugar in your body, including alcohol free beer. There seems to be a misconception that beer without alcohol is low carb but in fact one bottle can contain 13-15grams of carbs. Yeast live on sugars/carbs so a low carb diet that is preferable gluten -free as well, is best.
